This project is the renovation and adaptive re-use of the former Fleming Hospital, now converted into a Multi-purpose Community Center and Pool Facility. The building is a superb example of the Texas Deco style, and as such the exterior has been left to its original appearance. The interior, after years of neglect, was completely renovated and reconfigured to suit the changing needs of a community center. The renovated space houses a senior center, youth center, art/cooking instruction, yoga/dance instruction, and administration offices.
